Kitchens

You can select custom locally-built solid-wood cabinets from nearly any wood species- any stain or paint, or you can choose our factory supplier of solid-wood, soft-close, lifetime-warranty cabinetry as well.

Granite, Soapstone, and man-made stone countertop options. Oh, and gold fixtures are making a comeback...

Bathrooms

Custom Tile Stand-up Shower with thick 3/8" glass panels? Yes. 

Soaking tub? Sure. 

Double sinks? Check.

Bidets? Hard no. 

 If  you  want it, we will do everything we  can to make it yours.

Painting

Not looking for a full-on Reno?  Lets update  old yeller! You know what we mean. Every other room on this mountain seems to be a faded yellow.  Lets chat about painting options for your condo- including accent walls and trim!

Flooring

Tired of  worn carpet that's never quite clean? Looking for a modern tile design in your kitchen and bath?  Big tile, small tile, traditional set (or on the diagonal)- whatever you see in the magazine we can install. Also, have a peek at the Armstrong Vivero Best flooring- we've been impressed with  how good it looks, lasts, and feels in our condos. 

Furniture

Original furniture lost its luster? Maybe you would enjoy something a bit more modern, comfy, and even fun? We can help you choose a new  look, and arrange for the delivery and setup of your new furnishings.  We have local craftsmen to build custom tables and bookcases as well.

Kitchen Cabinet Refinishing

Want an update from the honey-oak stained cabinets that look straight out of 1990?  We do cabinet refinishing- specifically painting. We use Low Pressure High 

Volume spray guns for a factory finish. We have examples in the village to show you.

Condo Rentals!!

Yes- its not our primary business, but we do have some village condo rentals- Allegheny Springs, Rimfire, Soaring Eagle, and Silver Creek. Email us for details.
