Matt Lee founded Lee Properties in 2003, building traditional brick homes before turning downtown Charleston commercial spaces into custom lofts. That experience now shapes the company's work on Snowshoe Mountain, where Matt and Lauren live and focus on home and condominium renovations.
Matt leads construction. Lauren works with owners on finishes, fixtures, colors, and furniture, from a focused room refresh to a complete renovation. Their aim is simple: comfortable spaces with individual character, simple luxuries, and finishes that last beyond a trend.
